Race five of the 2013-14 Touring Car series took place at BirminghamDusk Saturday night with some controversy, but nothing could keep Speedyman11 from capturing his fourth victory of the season as he moves closer to the championship. Speedyman11 swept the awards after starting on the pole, leading every lap and running the fastest lap of the night. Spike, GTSVip9, Toward27 and Patch followed, rounding out the top five. Speedyman11's championship lead increases from eleven to seventeen over GTSVip9 and Spike who are tied for second and are likely the only drivers with championship hopes. SpeedSims Racing's team championship lead over NH Autosport increases to nineteen points. The series finale is up next as drivers head to the historic Riverside road course on January 25th.
