League Officials announced Monday afternoon that reviews has been completed for the Cup Series Welcome event that took place on February 22nd at G3-N Daytona SP which was the final 2013 Cup Mod race for the league and they include a small yet race changing penalty. GTSVip9 was assessed a pit road speeding penalty which includes a one second time penalty, just enough to move GTSVip9 from first to third in the results.
