The night began with Breeze capturing the Qualifier victory, advancing to the All-Star Race along with ltfireman1604 and blackknight. Patch captured the pole and led the field to the green flag of the 2014 ARL All-Star Race. The race featured two segments - a 25 lap run that included a green flag pit stop followed by a field inversion based on random draw and a 15 lap shootout for the win. The first 25 lap segment was dominated by Patch and Donaldson however a random draw inverted the field and put ltfireman1604 on the pole for the final 15 lap segment. ltfireman1604 held off league winners DusterLag, Donaldson & Patch - leading all 15 laps to capture his first league victory and first Heat Community League victory.
