Andy, a few laps before I had to get out, I passed you after following for a while. My reasoning for it was because I thought the draft would work better if everybody stayed down at the line, where it would be easier to stay behind a car instead of sliding up and down the track. Please don't take it as a dumping, only as an idea that I was trying to test. I greatly enjoyed drafting with you, and hope that we'll be able to do it again. (Maybe even without laundry baskets getting in the way!) << Edited on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 11:12pm EDT. >> |

I don't think you did anything wrong. I am a bit disappointed that 3rd-6th as a whole didn't work together to catch the leaders. I was going high in a lot of the turns, but I don't want people to think I was trying to pass on the outside. I just didn't want to have to lift so I kept going high to keep the momentum. I had fun though and I think there are gonna be even better races from here on. Edit: Oh I think I know what you mean now. I actually went up high and WANTED you to pass. I knew we weren't catching them with me leading so I wanted someone else who knew what they were doing to lead the way and follow. But that didn't work out so well. << Edited on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 11:50pm EDT. >> |

Is it specifically against the rules? Also, a few times I saw everybody's car turn dead right and drive through the outside walls. It affected my heart rate's performance, and I was a driver, so I feel that penalties are needed. |
