The 2020 ARL Patch Cup Series, Seasons 9, schedule has been officially released as we return for a full year of racing! This season will be running in Hardcore mode with a 2x-5x varying wear factors and open setups, enabling drivers to show off their technical and endurance skills! All races will be run with the Platinum G3 mod and 2018 Monster Energy Cup Add-On. Three championships will be up for grabs - drivers will be competing for the Driver, Team and Manufacturer championships. New this year, Driver Championship Playoffs will feature four rounds, three rounds of three races and the final championship night event. Ten drivers will begin the playoffs, narrowing to eight, six then four. We'll also be visiting some new tracks this year. The 2020 season kicks off during ARL Speedweeks at Daytona on February 8th 2020 at 10:30pm ET, the first points race is the 2020 Daytona 200 presented by Patch on February 22nd and will run through November 14th with the Championship season finale now at Phoenix Raceway. Each points race will feature 3 segments, races run an average of 60 minutes with the total event running an average of 90 minutes. The season will run 39 events with 33 points races, most races are run Saturday nights at 10pm ET, five events will be run on Sunday nights at 9pm ET. Drivers are allowed custom paints which need to be uploaded and approved before an event and are permitted 6 provisionals during the season.
