Over the years we have had versions of Chicagoland in Heat, with using the original Kansas track as the base. This is the first time in Heat's history that we now have the correct configuration of Chicagoland. Chicagoland Speedway is a 1.5 miles (2.4 km) oval, banking Turns 18 degrees, Frontstretch 11 degrees, and Backstretch 5 degrees. tri-oval speedway in Joliet, Illinois, southwest of Chicago. The speedway opened in 2001 and actively hosts NASCAR racing including the NASCAR Cup Series. Until 2010, the speedway has also hosted the IndyCar Series, recording numerous close finishes including the closest finish in IndyCar history.
