Win Three for Speedyman11 at Laguna Seca's Monterey Grand Prix

Speedyman11 picked up win number three Sunday night at Laguna Seca's Monterey Grand Prix in Salinas, California. Speedy captured the pole award over Patch by two seconds with a 1:41.567 lap and further improved his time during the race - capturing the fastest lap award with a lap time of 1:40.764. Speedy also led all fourteen laps. Patch came in second over forty-eight seconds back followed by puttzracer, BlackKnight and ltfireman1604 in the top five. After the race we spoke with puttzracer... "I made a mistake entering the pits ... and got a black flag, which put me back with ltfireman and BlackKnight. Once all the stops cycled through I was closing the gap ... when ltfireman hit the tire barrier at the pit entrance and spun back onto the track just barely clipping me as I went by and spinning me. That put me well behind BlackKnight with no chance of catching back up but ... his numerous time penalties for cutting the corkscrew ... allowed me to end up with a 3rd place finish." This was puttz's third time finishing third during the four events this season, he finished fourth at the Daytona Bus Stop. Speedyman11 leads the driver championship by and ever growing twenty-five points over puttzacer and twenty-six over BlackKnight and Patch. Speedyman11's TMS Wolfpack leads the team championship by twenty-six points over NH Autosport. Pontiac continues to lead the manufacturer championship over Ford as Speedy continue to rack up the wins for the car maker - bringing the total to three this season.
