KartRacer63 with his #58 NH Autosport Porsche captured his first career Sports Car Series victory in upstate New York Sunday night during the Grand Prix at The Glen event. Kart captured the pole award and dominated the event, leading the 18 of the 20 laps and earning the fastest lap award. BlackKnight held onto second position and led the remaining two laps. Grumpy and Breeze finished third and fourth.
Despite missing the event, Speedyman11's domination during the first five events leaves him in the driver championship lead by thirty-three points BlackKnight who along with Breeze and Grumpy jump ahead of puttzacer. puttz also missed the event and drops to fifth in the standings. TMS Wolfpack leads the team championship by twenty-five points over NH Autosport while Porsche picks up their first victory of the year. Pontiac continues to lead the manufacturer championship over Porsche, Ford, Chevrolet and Cadillac.
