As the ARL IndyCar Series continues on, five drivers traveled to Watkins Glen for an exciting and action-packed race. Bandit started on pole, led all 30 laps in his Pontiac, posted the fastest lap of a 56.621 and captured his first IndyCar Series victory. BlackKnight put up a fight for the lead but had to settle for second place. Hard Charger rwarren35 finished only three laps behind in third place. SUPRS driver WingSideUp clinched fourth and Grumpy claimed fifth. The win for Bandit ties him in the championship standings with Speedyman11, however the next race at Iowa will turn the tables as the race for the championship is on and the season entering its second half.
