As the ARL IndyCar Series reaches its turning point in the season, six drivers traveled to Iowa Speedway for an exciting and action-packed race. Bandit started on pole and managed to lead 36 laps in his Pontiac, Speedyman11 rose to the occasion and took the race win with Bandit settling for second place. Hard Charger WingSideUp finished only three laps behind in fourth place. BlackKnight claimed fifth. The win for Speedy keeps him tied for the championship lead with Bandit, however the next race at Montreal will turn the tables as the race for the championship is on and the season starts its second half.
