Double Bowls of Cereal on Double Night for Speedyman11 at Richmond and Bristol

The ARL Patch Cup Series held it's first Double Night on Saturday, two shorter championship races on one night back-to-back and Speedyman11 doubled down with dual victories. The first event took place at Richmond Raceway for the Richmond Sparks 60. Speedy dominated the event from lap one in the #11 Kellogg's TMS Wolfpack Chevrolet - capturing the pole award with a new track record 20.953 second lap, earning the fastest lap award leading 53 of 60 laps and picking up both segment victories. lepage71's NHRL Racing Toyota finished second with viagra6car, CR49 and Bandit rounded out the top five. View complete results here. Race 2 of Double Night took place at Bristol Motor Speedway for the Bristol Replay 100. Unsurprisingly Speedy continued his domination of the night - capturing the pole award with a new track record lap of 14.650, earning the fastest lap award, leading 76 of 100 laps and winning segment 1. lepage71 followed up his second place finish at Richmond with a second place finish at Bristol. DusterLag captured the segment 2 victory and finished third after leading 12 laps. CR49 followed in fourth with Bandit in fifth. View complete results here.
