Patch dominated the Cholerix Rockingham UK Grand Prix Special Event Saturday night holding off cruisectrl throughout the night. Patch captured the pole and was fast during pre-race practice sessions however early in the race cruisectrl and DusterLag looked to be strong challengers. DusterLag miscalculated his fuel mileage and ran dry after turn one, a mistake that would cost him over 15 minutes of coasting back to pit road and leave him finishing third. cruisectrl simply could not catch Patch but held on to finish second, 24 seconds behind. In the end Patch picked up the pole, most laps led, fastest lap and race winner awards during the Open Wheel Action's first Specials Series Event, dedicated to Cholerix.
