Patch outclassed the field Saturday night during the G3-IndyRC GA Sports Car Series Event - leading 15 of 16 laps after capturing the pole award. Grumpy and Breeze managed to keep their cars on the lead lap, finishing second and third, while bluecabaret and (former championship leader) DusterLag finished fourth and fifth. While engine losses have run a muck in the Sports Car series over the last two years, DusterLag had not suffered a loss until Saturday night when he lost his first - showing that it truly can happen to anyone who looses focus for a moment. Patch pulls ahead of DusterLag in the driver championship to six points while Grumpy trails by thirty-two in third.
