GTSVip9 formally submitted an appeal to Arcade Racing League Officials Tuesday morning for his pit road speeding penalty assessed during the Cup Series Welcome event that took place on February 22nd at G3-N Daytona SP which was the final 2013 Cup Mod race for the league. League Officials quickly announced shortly after the submission that the penalty has been overturned and GTSVip9's win has been restored. GTSVip9 had been assessed a pit road speeding penalty which included a one second time penalty, just enough to move him from first to third in the results, however all of this has been overturned as of this morning.
