Patch Kisses the Bricks at the Brickyard Grand Prix


Patch kissed the bricks Saturday night after capturing his second win of the season at the Brickyard Grand Prix Saturday night in the #26 Bud Twisted Metal Corvette over Spike in a tight battle. Patch started on the pole and pulled the fastest lap of the race. Spike led the most laps of the night and battled close with Patch throughout the race but came up short in second. Donaldson who also trailed in a close battle with Patch and Spike finished third only six seconds from the lead while Grumpy and DusterLag round out the top five.

Spike continues to the driver championship over Patch who cuts the lead to three points with four races remaining - DusterLag trails by thirty in third. SpeedSims Racing holds a four point lead in the team championship over Twisted Metal this week as NH Autosport drops to third, eight points back. The manufacturer championship remains tied between Cadillac and Honda who have three wins each while Chevrolet picks up their second win and sits third.
