It happened quick and early - Speedyman11 captured his first league pole award and it was Wednesday night during 2015 Indianapolis 150 Time Trials. Yes, Open Wheel Actions is back and we're excited to be back on the track! 2015 Time Trials consisted of a single 20 minute open session. Essentially drivers had 20 minutes to run as may or as few laps as they desire while also performing unlimited adjustments and pit road service. Just a few minutes into the session Speedyman11, DusterLag and ucrdoh earned the top three qualifying positions pushing and pulling each other with the help of the draft. These three drivers were the only to run laps in the 40 second range and will make up the front row next Wednesday.
The Indianapolis 150 takes place Wednesday, June 3rd, at 9pm Eastern US on the legendary 2.5 mile oval. If you missed the Time Trials - don't worry! - you can still race but will simply start in the rear of the grid.
