Speedyman11 Captures 6th Consecutive IndyCar Victory @ Laguna Seca Grand Prix

Speedyman11 captured his sixth consecutive IndyCar Series victory Wednesday night driving his #11 TMS Wolfpack Honda. Speedy dominated the event - leading every lap and taking home the pole position and fastest lap award. Speedy remains the only driver to win during the 2015 championship season. ucrdoh managed to hold onto the lead lap to finish second with KartRacer63 finishing third, Spike fourth and BlackKnight fifth.

Post-race #43 Spike hinted at a possible new team during his interview... "Spike Virtual Motorsports dusted off the Petty Blue Plymouth for Laguna Seca but unfortunately apparently some members of the team had a few too many Duff's. Qualifying was a disaster with the downshift mechanism not working properly causing me to spin out and wreck the car. After the car was repaired for the race someone put the steering wheel on wrong and the car continually wanted to turn right which in turn caused me to spin out and eventually wreck again. Hopefully for the next race these issues will not be an issue."

No changes in the driver standings, Speedyman11 increases his championship lead from twenty-six to thirty-three points over Spike and thirty-four over ucrdoh. Speedy leads the road championship by fifteen points over Spike and ucrdoh. TMS Wolfpack leads the team championship standings over NH Autosport by thirty points points and Honda leads the manufacturer championship with all six victories this season. Plymouth and Chevrolet have yet to capture a win.
