BlackKnight Leads the Most Important Lap at North Carolina

On August 17, the Cup Series thundered into North Carolina for the final leg of the 2018 campaign. All that happened was a spectacle beyond what anyone could imagine. Defeating a flurry of contestants, BlackKnight drove to a well-deserved win with the aid of patient techniques, leading one of 110 laps and trumping Rookiesrock by 6.0 seconds. En route to finishing second, Rookiesrock led 28 laps of his own to fuel a daring battle for the trophy. In a fine effort, Speedyman11 sped to the third-place position, crossing the finish 7.3 seconds behind BlackKnight. No slowpokes, lepage71 and Redimuss were also significant factors, locking down fourth and fifth to fill out the top-five. The victory, BlackKnight's first of the season, closes his final deficit to Speedyman11 in the standings to 140 points. The Cup Series has now concluded another great competition. We look forward to even more of the same next season.
