GTSVip9 captured the 2011 IndyCar Series All-Star Race victory Sunday afternoon at Night Texas IRL in his first ever OWAction league start. GTSVip9 took advantage of the competition caution on lap 45 to take on fuel while other leaders stayed on track, fuel mileage hit the other leaders hard while they had to make an additional stop during green and others ran out of fuel.
