Spike captured the victory Sunday afternoon at Watkins Glen IRL with fuel strategy while speed finishes in the runner up spots. Patch and DusterLag entered the event with speed while Spike was able to save time on a slow 35 MPH pit road by one stop. Every driver struggled to keep their cars on the track which allowed each strategy to compete equally, in the end speed (in the form of Patch) came in a charging and close second place only 0.782 seconds behind. ucrdoh looses ground in the driver championship again as he missed the event, now down to a twenty-nine point lead over Patch and thirty-three to DusterLag. ucrdoh maintains the road championship lead now by only fourteen points over Spike while Cyber Racing maintains the team championship lead.
